Kaelyn's 1st Thanksgiving!

My family came down and we all went to my Great Grandparents' house in Charleston for Thanksgiving. We all stayed in a friend's beach house this week and it was so relaxing. What a great week!
Oh, and Kaelyn enjoyed her first turkey!

I got my new camera this week!! Nikon D80. I loooove it! We went out to Milliken to try it out on this gorgeous fall day!

 

 

 

 

Happy Halloween!

Kaelyn was kind of a flower for her 1st Halloween. See the pics below for why I say kind of. haha She wasn't very cooperative with that crazy costume. She had a party at "school" and those fig newtons are what we took. :) She got a pumpkin full of sweet treats!

Chicago's Brookfield Zoo with Nan, Pop, & Uncle TC

Kaelyn and I flew up to see my family while Brian, his dad, and brother were down in FL for a football game. Nan & Pop took us to the Brookfield Zoo in Chicago and we all had such a good time! Kaelyn's reactions to the animals was so adorable. She also had her 1st carousel ride...too cute! She had a blast! Enjoy the slideshow below. :)

Big Girl Car Seat

Well, after all of the long nights researching in car seat forums, we finally made a decision and Kaelyn's big girl car seat got here today! She is barely fitting in her infant seat these days. This seat should last us quite a while and she looks very happy and comfy testing it out. :)
